At Orcune, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of services booked through our platform.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation
You may cancel your booking free of charge under the following conditions:
- More than 6 hours before scheduled service: Full refund (100%)
- 3-6 hours before scheduled service: 50% refund
- Less than 3 hours before scheduled service: No refund
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking:
- Log in to your Orcune account
- Go to "My Bookings"
- Select the booking you wish to cancel
- Click "Cancel Booking" and follow the prompts

Rescheduling Policy
Free Rescheduling
You may reschedule your booking free of charge:
- More than 3 hours before scheduled service: Reschedule for free
- Less than 3 hours before scheduled service: Subject to ₹99 rescheduling fee
Maximum Rescheduling
Each booking may be rescheduled up to 2 times. Additional rescheduling requests will be treated as a new booking.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a refund in the following cases:
- Cancellation within the free cancellation window
- Helper fails to arrive for a confirmed booking
- Service quality falls significantly below standards
- Technical error resulting in duplicate charges
- Helper cancels the booking
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-7 business days
- UPI/Net Banking: 3-5 business days
- Orcune Wallet: Instant credit
Note: The refund timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be issued:
- Helper arrives but service is incomplete (pro-rated based on completion)
- Late cancellation (as per cancellation policy)
- Service partially completed due to customer unavailability
Service Quality Issues
If you are unsatisfied with service quality:
- Report the issue within 24 hours of service completion
- Provide details and evidence (photos, if applicable)
- Our team will investigate and respond within 48 hours
- Resolutions may include: refund, service credit, or rebooking
Helper-Initiated Cancellations
If a helper cancels your confirmed booking:
- You will receive a full refund (100%)
- We will attempt to find an alternative helper
- You may receive a discount coupon for the inconvenience
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Customer not present at the service location
- Unsafe working conditions reported by helper
- Inappropriate behavior toward helper
- Services completed as per booking specifications
- Change of mind after service completion
- Late cancellation (less than 3 hours before service)
Orcune Wallet Credits
In certain cases, refunds may be issued as Orcune Wallet credits. These credits can be used for future bookings and do not expire. Wallet credits cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Subscription & Package Bookings
For subscription or package bookings:
- Individual sessions follow standard cancellation policy
- Package cancellations receive pro-rated refunds for unused sessions
- Processing fee of ₹199 applies to package cancellations
- Partial package usage may have different terms
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter to our disputes team by emailing disputes@orcune.shop with your booking details and concerns. We will review and respond within 5-7 business days.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our platform and will apply to bookings made after the update date. Existing bookings will follow the policy in effect at the time of booking.
