Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Orcune platform, operated by Blinsoft Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Orcune", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Orcune website and mobile applications
  • "User" refers to customers who book services
  • "Helper" refers to independent service providers registered on the platform
  • "Services" refers to home services such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, and errands

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

Platform Services

Orcune operates as an intermediary platform that:

  • Connects users with independent service helpers
  • Facilitates booking and payment processing
  • Verifies helper credentials and training
  • Provides customer support

Important: Orcune does not employ helpers directly. Helpers are independent contractors responsible for their own services. Orcune is not liable for the acts or omissions of helpers.

Booking and Payments

Booking Process

  • Services must be booked through the Orcune platform
  • Bookings are subject to helper availability
  • You must provide accurate service location and requirements
  • Service prices are displayed before booking confirmation

Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made through approved payment methods
  • Prices include applicable taxes and service fees
  • Payment is due at the time of booking or as specified
  • Promotional codes and discounts are subject to specific terms

User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment for helpers
  • Treat helpers with respect and professionalism
  • Be present or arrange access at the service location
  • Communicate service requirements clearly
  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
  • Not circumvent the platform to hire helpers directly
  • Report any issues or concerns promptly

Helper Responsibilities

Helpers agree to:

  • Provide services professionally and competently
  • Maintain valid verification and background checks
  • Arrive on time and complete services as booked
  • Follow user instructions and safety guidelines
  • Report any issues or safety concerns
  • Maintain client confidentiality

Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Use the platform for fraudulent purposes
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with platform security or operations
  • Scrape, copy, or misuse platform content
  • Post inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orcune shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Orcune harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Contact our customer support first for resolution
  • Disputes shall be governed by Indian law
  • Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, India

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
